No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it meets your satisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility
1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
2. The 3-day return period starts from the date of purchase
3. Note – Display Images are clicked in proper Studio and by the professional camera so there will always be slight difference in the actual product, for better understanding of the product customer can request for the images and videos of the product.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sbm1323gg@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Photographs of the defective or damaged product
We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a defective or damaged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
